Canadian Deluxe

Pepperoni (contains gluten), ground “meat,” green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and our cashew mozzarella cheese. A gourmet plant-based version of a pizza classic.

What’s so Canadian about this Deluxe pizza? The “Deluxe” toppings are common across North American pizza shops. We think Chef Dualco called it this because it’s his impression of “Canadian” pizza compared to his Italian roots or Brazilian upbringing.

Note: Our pepperoni contains gluten. Ask to substitute with additional ground “meat” to make it gluten-free.

On our house made 11″ pizza crust, made with a blend of Canadian and Italian flour, or gluten-free.
